Information, not advice

CIOport is an information and analysis tool. Nothing in it — scores, hints, exposure figures, estimated P&L, charts, signals, or any other output — is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. The app never trades on your behalf and never will act without you. Decisions you make, and their outcomes, are yours.

Scores are estimates

Composite risk scores, anomaly and trend readings, hints and estimated P&L are algorithmic estimates computed from public and third-party data. They can be wrong, late, or incomplete. Data arrives from external sources on a periodic cadence and is provided best-effort, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Third-party data and your vendor keys

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe or bypass its access controls, or use automated means to bulk-extract data. Sign-in credentials are personal and non-transferable.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss — including trading or investment losses — arising from use of, reliance on, or unavailability of the service.

Intellectual property

The application, its design, and its derived scores and analysis are our work product. Third-party data remains the property of its respective sources.

Changes

These terms and the service itself may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be dated on this page; continued use after a change means acceptance.
